Faculty position in Art

The Department of Communication Arts at Lee University, Cleveland, TN, seeks exceptional candidates for a full-time faculty position in Art. Candidates with a relevant MFA or PhD in studio art or graphic design may apply for a tenure track position with a rank of assistant professor or higher. A strong record of effective teaching is also especially desirable.  Individuals from underrepresented populations are strongly encouraged to apply. This position is expected to begin August 1, 2019.  

Lee University faculty candidates are expected to demonstrate the following: a strong Christian commitment, compatibility with the university’s lifestyle covenant, teaching ability at the college level, a willingness to mentor students academically and professionally, and the ability to integrate Christian faith into academic studies.
