    Employee Computer Purchase Program

    Full-time employees interested in purchasing a computer through the university should contact the Office of the Vice President for Business and Finance to apply for a payroll deducted loan. The loan must be paid in full by May in the year of the loan. Computers purchased for home use will be sold at the university’s cost, however, all ongoing support will be the responsibility of the employee and the vendor. If an employee wishes to use his/her computer on campus and access the Internet and campus related file servers, the IT staff will assist in the setup and maintenance of the computer, provided enterprise hardware standards are followed.

    Employee Counseling

    Employees can seek counseling services through EmployeeConnect for support with a variety of issues including: stress, anxiety, depression, family and marital issues, drug and alcohol issues, dependent and adult care services, legal and financial questions and more. The services available are confidential and free of charge. You can contact them by phone or web, 24/7 and consultants are trained to assist clients over the phone, provide an assessment and make referrals to local resources, if appropriate.     Verizon Wireless Discount on Monthly Rate Plan and Accessories

    Lee University employees may qualify for discounts on accessories and their monthly rate plan for their Verizon Wireless service. Employees must confirm their eligibility with Verizon online at by going to http://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/employee/emaildomainauthentication.jsp. The monthly discount is 10% off for rate plans 34.99 and higher.

    First Tennessee WorkPerks Program

    Credit Union Membership

    Two local credit unions are available for membership by university employees and their immediate family members. Cleveland/Bradley County Teachers Federal Credit Union and Pathway Credit Union offer a full range of financial services for their members. These services include but are not limited to savings accounts, draft accounts, loans and/or automobile insurance by payroll deduction. In addition, tax deferred contributions to Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA) can be handled through payroll deduction. Applications for membership to Pathway CU are available in the Human Resources Office. Membership applications for Cleveland/Bradley Co. Teachers FCU are made directly at their office located at 420 Central Avenue.

    Gobble’s Automotive VIP Program

    Lee University employees are eligible to participate in the Employee VIP program with Gobble’s Automotive. Gobble’s has been operating its auto service and tire business locally since 1992. The VIP program offers priority scheduling, courtesy shuttle, email reminders for service, after hours service and pick up, free annual vehicle inspection and more.
