MBA Open House on Thursday
Saturday, November 02, 2013
Lee University’s Department of Business will host an open house for its MBA program on Thursday, Nov. 7 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the Science and Math Complex room 257.
“We are excited to showcase our MBA,” said Dr. Shane Griffith, associate professor of business and director of the program. “This open house is a terrific opportunity for prospective students to learn more about our program, meet professors and current students, and observe an actual MBA class."
Lee’s MBA equips individuals with a faith-based approach to senior-level leadership in industry, government, and non-profit organizations. A focus on experiential learning ensures that students apply theory to actual business problems beginning in the first course.
Students complete two courses each fall, spring, and summer semester, and should complete the degree requirement of 36 hours within 24 months. No specific undergraduate major is necessary for admission.
The business department, led by Dr. Dewayne Thompson, received the coveted national accreditation by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs in summer of 2008.
All individuals interested in the MBA program are welcome to attend the open house. Light hors d’oeuvres will be served. To RSVP for the open house, please call 423-614-8694 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
