Meet the RD | Joe Sifferman

"Working as an RD presents an amazing opportunity to help promote student learning in everyday life. My hope for the residents of B. L. Hicks and Brinsfield Row (male) is that they will pursue intimacy with God, live authentically, and lead by serving. Seeing students develop and have a positive impact on others is the best part about this job."

    Community Outreach

B.L. Hicks has partnered with the Cleveland Emergency Shelter. This organization provides shelter and food to those in need in our local community. Our residents will have the opportunity to build relationships with the people they meet there, serve food, and also contribute their time to helping keep the shelter clean and maintained.
