  • About the Hall

Carroll Court is a one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment complex that caters to married and nontraditional students. Located a short 3-5 minute drive east of campus, each unit has a kitchen with a stove/oven and refrigerator/freezer. Residents provide their own furniture and kitchen supplies. All rooms are carpeted except for the resilient flooring in the kitchen and tub-style bathroom. Blinds are provided for each window. There is also a hall closet located just outside the bedroom and bathroom. Residents can contact local companies to secure telephone, cable, and internet services at their own expense. Utilities (central heat and air) and water costs are included in the monthly rent. A coin-operated laundry facility and playground are also available on the complex.

Meet the RD | Jason Moore

"I see being an RD as a ministry where I have the opportunity to help students realize that they are not alone in this journey, and that they can be successful in all areas of their lives. Having spent eight years serving students in this capacity, my favorite part of working with students is supporting them during the many 'awakening moments' while they establish their own identity and independence."

    Community Outreach

Carroll Court is connected with the Bradley County Habitat for Humanity. Habitat is a global organization that helps bring affordable housing to people in need. Several of our residents volunteer with Habitat throughout the semester, and we have hosted service projects both at the ReStore and on building sites.
