• Carroll Court is a one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment complex that caters to married and nontraditional students. Located a short 3-5 minute drive east of campus, each unit has a kitchen with a stove/oven and refrigerator/freezer. Residents provide their own furniture and kitchen supplies. All rooms are carpeted except for the resilient flooring in the kitchen and tub-style bathroom. Blinds are provided for each window. There is also a hall closet located just outside the bedroom and bathroom. Residents can contact local companies to secure telephone, cable, and internet services at their own expense. Utilities (central heat and air) and water costs are included in the monthly rent. A coin-operated laundry facility and playground are also available on the complex.

"Working in Residential Life and Housing has been one of the most impactful times in my life. I have spent the last six years developing relationships with incredible staff and students, and it has been through these interactions that I have seen the love of Christ and purpose of community walked out in every day living. I am excited to serve in Carroll Court and have the chance to do life with our non-traditional students and provide comfortable spaces that are "home" to individuals and families."
