• The on-line appeal to the Campus Security Office must be submitted by 5:00 pm on the 10th business day of ticket issue. Appeals submitted after this time will not be considered for review.
    • All appeals are submitted to the Appeals Officer for review.
    • Any incomplete appeal will not be considered for review.
    • All appeals are fully reviewed wherein they are either voided, reduced, or enforced in full.
    • Emails are sent notifying students of the decision rendered and/or further steps for appeal.
    • Please allow 10 (ten) business days for your appeal to be processed and a decision to be rendered.
    • You are given one opportunity to appeal any given parking ticket. No additional appeals or pleas for leniency will be considered. The decision of the Appeals Officer is final.
    • Except under exigent circumstances, if you have already had a ticket appealed no other appeals will be considered.
