U.S. News Ranks Lee Online Among Best Online Programs
Lee University Online has been ranked among the 2023 Best Online Bachelor’s Programs by U.S. News & World Report. It has also been ranked for its Online Master of Business Administration program.
“The faculty and staff of Lee Online work hard to provide a high-quality Lee University experience to our online students around the world,” said Dr. Joshua Black, executive director of Lee Online. “We are honored to be recognized in the company of so many large universities that are also providing high quality online experiences for their students.”
The 2023 ranking included 359 universities nationwide. U.S. News chose the rankings based on factors that consider how these online programs are being delivered and how effective they are at awarding affordable degrees in a sensible amount of time. The programs were assessed and scored based on four categories including student services and technology, student engagement, peer assessment, and faculty credentials and training.
“I am gratified that our Lee Online programs have once again been recognized for the excellence we see from the campus vantage point,” said Dr. Debbie Murray, provost and vice president for Academic Affairs at Lee. “Dr. Josh Black and his staff work hard to ensure that we have superb faculty to offer the programs to our outstanding students, who make us very proud.”
Lee Online offers a flexible approach toward an achievable and affordable degree program. Online degree programs include the Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in Bible and Theology, Business Administration, Christian Studies, Criminal Justice, Human Services, Ministry Leadership, and Liberal Studies.
The university also offers Undergraduate Certificates, Associate of Science degrees, and online graduate programs in Business Administration, Marriage and Family Studies, and Ministry Studies.

U.S. News evaluated more than 1,800 online programs to develop the rankings for online bachelor’s degrees as well as various categories of online graduate degree programs. The rankings for 2023 can be found at usnews.com/education/online-education.
