The purpose of the MSHEA program is to prepare individuals for careers in the college and university setting. With attention given to college student development theory, assessment, learning communities, and financial and legal issues, students will be provided with in-depth knowledge regarding both public and private two- and four-year postsecondary institutions, with special attention to Christian higher education in the United States. This degree culminates with a 200-hour practicum at a selected unit/department at Lee. The MSHEA program is an active member of the Association of Christians in Student Development (ACSD).

Students must submit a completed application and all supplemental application materials.
