One-fourth of the student population at Lee University is non-traditional, meaning they are above 25, married, and/or parents. Students at Lee who are going to school and raising a family are offered events beneficial to themselves, their spouses, and their children.

Events
Free childcare once a month so couples can have a date night. Childcare goes from 7:15 pm to 9 pm on the dates of U-Church. If students want childcare at 5:30pm, RSVP at least two weeks in advance to the ELC and please provide dinner for children before 5:30 pm.
Childcare is often provided for events listed as "Open to Public" on the events calendar at Lee University. More information can be found by contacting the Lee University Early Learning Center and reservations should be confirmed at (423) 614-8409. Possible Lee University Events providing childcare:
- Presidential Concerts
- Convocation
- Homecoming
- Graduation Events
- Sunday Night U-Church
- By reservation only during a U-Church, once a month, starting at 5:30pm (To make reservations for childcare during U-Church, please contact the ELC at least two weeks in advance.)
Food Bank
The Food Bank is located at the back entrance of the Leonard Center, the food bank is for students not on a meal plan. Students are asked to bring a Student ID.
