Grisham Named Director of Community Engagement

Lee University recently welcomed Kristen Grisham as Director of Community Engagement, a post within the school’s university relations sector.  

“I love Lee University, and I love the Cleveland community,” said Grisham. “As a product of both, I am thrilled to be in this position. I look forward to representing Lee University within our great community as we continue partnering and building relationships.” 

As director of community engagement, Grisham will engage with community members and entities, partner with community organizations, build and foster relationships throughout the community, and represent Lee within the community.  

Grisham earned a master’s degree in education and a bachelor’s degree in English education from Lee University.  

Prior to this appointment, Grisham worked as an English teacher in the Bradley County Schools for five years. From 2004-2020, she was the director of the Foundation for the Cleveland Bradley County Public Library while working alongside her husband Heath in their real estate and property management business.  

Grisham resides in Cleveland with her husband and their two children Wells and Murray.
