Dr. Hermilo Jasso recently presented at “The Management Of Your Leadership Style Inside The Organization,” a leadership conference in Asuncion, Paraguay.

Jasso was the only speaker at the one-day conference, which was attended by over 100 executives of three of the largest banks in Paraguay, directors of some of the largest corporations, and private business owners.

“It was an exhilarating experience to be able to share some of my knowledge in the area of corporate business leadership with the conference participants,” said Jasso. “Not only did it challenge me to deliver an excellent lecture, but it forced me to be up to date on the most recent leadership trends in 2017, such as how to use historical data to influence the creative solutions needed for the future without replicating patterns of the past.”

Jasso has been requested to return this year to continue expanding on the topics covered in his presentation.

Jasso is an associate professor of business at Lee. He joined the faculty in 1987 following a successful stint in the business world. Prior to coming to Lee, he worked as a stockbroker for Merrill Lynch and as a financial analyst for Metropolitan Life. Jasso has been a guest lecturer at multiple universities in South America.
