Kienlen Named Miss POF 2011

Amber Kienlen was named Lee University’s Miss Parade of Favorites 2011 on Saturday, Nov. 12. She represented IMAGE Step Team and was escorted by Dante Massengil. Her social platform was child development.

Kienlen was also the recipient of the interview award and dance award.

First runner up was awarded to Kelsey Buttrey, the representative for Zeta Chi Lambda.

Cyvannah Doll, representing Epsilon Lambda Phi, received the 2011 Kay McDaniel Woman of Achievement award.

The talent award went to Stephanie Weaver, the representative for Delta Zeta Tau. She also received the top ad sales award.

Olumide “Mide” Adedo, beau of Zeta Chi Lambda, was presented the escort award.

Emily Light, the contestant for Upsilon Xi, was named Miss Congeniality for the event.

This year’s theme was “Back to the Beat” and included music from the 90s. There were also special performances by Lee’s IMAGE Step Team and Boss Step Team.

Porshia Gilliam served as the event director.
