Price Crowned Lee University Homecoming Queen

Lee University’s Tatum Price was crowned this year’s Homecoming Queen during halftime of the men’s basketball game as part of the 2024 Homecoming celebrations earlier this month.   

“It is truly an honor to be selected by my peers to represent both the Class of 2025 and Lee University,” said Price. “I love Lee, and I truly strive to reflect the values and principles this university stands for.”  

Price, a senior business administration major, is the daughter of Don and Glynette Price. From Charleston, South Carolina, she is currently involved in the Greek clubs Sigma Nu Sigma and Theta Delta Kappa. Price was escorted by Erick Dramm.   

Dramm is the son of Rick and Lori Dramm. He is a business administration major from Henderson, Nevada, and is involved with Tau Kappa Omega and Sigma Nu Sigma.   

Also representing the senior class was Ashlynn Akiona, digital media major with a journalism emphasis and a writing minor. A Cleveland native, she is the daughter of Nat and Sandy Akiona. She is the lead photographer for the Office of Publications, a member of the Greek clubs Omega Alpha Pi and Pi Kappa Pi as well as a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. She was escorted by Jordan Babb.   

Babb, a senior finance major with a religion minor, is the son of Larry and Lisa Babb and hails from Springboro, Ohio. He is involved in Tau Kappa Omega as both special events coordinator and secretary and is a member of Omega Alpha Phi. Babb is a Younglife Leader at Cleveland High School and serves at Avenue Church.  

Anah Fickett, an English major with a writing emphasis, was another representative of the senior class. From Old Hickory, Tennessee, she is the daughter of Seth and Lorraine Fickett. She is a member of the Shenanigans improv team, as well as a member of the alternative chapel planning committee. Fickett was escorted by Connor Spence.   

Spence, the son of David and Andrea Spence, is a marketing major from Charlotte, North Carolina. He is a member of the Greek club Upsilon Xi, as well as a teaching assistant.   

Rounding out the senior class representatives was Avery Stenzel from Hendersonville, Tennessee, and daughter of Brett and Melissa Stenzel. An elementary education major, she is the current president and service coordinator of the Greek club Delta Zeta Tau. Additionally, she was a participant in this year’s Parade of Favorites, is a current volunteer at Backyard Ministries, and works for the Big City University Elementary After-School Program. Stenzel was escorted by Braxton Brazell.   

From Lexington, South Carolina, Brazell is the son of Kenny Brazell and Tara Cooper, and he majors in psychology. He is a member of Tau Kappa Omega, is a Gentleman of Delta Zeta Tau, a peer leader, an office assistant for Student Life, and a teaching assistant.  

Representing the junior class were Macey Jones and Makenna Orrick.   

Jones is a theological and professional studies major from Cleveland, Tennessee. She was escorted by Eli West, a theological studies and business administration double major from Alpharetta, Georgia.   

Orrick is a public relations major from Manchester, Tennessee. Asher West, a nursing major from Alpharetta, Georgia, escorted her.   

Faith Lombard and Emmie Seymour were the representatives of the sophomore class.   

Lombard, a Cleveland native, is an education major with a minor in counseling. She was escorted by Indigo Hayes, who is a nursing major with a counseling minor from Chattanooga, Tennessee.    

A nursing major from Lancaster, Ohio, Seymour was escorted by Nolan Hager, a pastoral ministry major from Greenville, South Carolina.   

The freshman class was represented by Kate Burton, a psychology major from Dallas, Georgia, and Abi Moore, an early childhood education major, who hails from Gainesville, Georgia. Burton was escorted by John Womack, an academic exploratory major from Chattanooga, Tennessee, and Moore was escorted by chemistry major Pierre Chauveau of Gramat, France.
