School of Music to Present Mozart's Requiem

On Saturday, April 20, at 7:30 p.m. in the Conn Center, the Lee University Choral Union and Symphony Orchestra will present Mozart’s Requiem, a concert featuring one of the most influential and recognizable works in all of Classical repertoire.

The performance will be conducted by Dr. Cameron F. LaBarr, assistant professor of choral music at Lee. The orchestra will be prepared by Maestro Robert Bernhardt, conductor of the Lee University Symphony Orchestra and music director emeritus of the Chattanooga Symphony.

The work will also include Lee University faculty soloists Loralee Songer, soprano; Andrea Dismukes, mezzo-soprano, James Frost, tenor; and Tony Deaton, baritone.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for seniors and students. Tickets are available from the Dixon Center Box Office, open on weekdays April 12-19, 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.
